The sports pack is a great option to try new products at a low price. The Body Fuel is easy to absorb first thing up in the morning straight off the tea spoon. This goes well with normal breakfast routine. The X68 drops are easy to absorb and dissolve in the mouth when running for slow release, or just chew (crunch) for quicker absorption (note the plastic is hard to open). Finally is the Liquid Fuel. Easy to injest with minimal additional water required. The flavour is good (you must like honey) and easy to wither take small amounts of the liquid, or large because if you don't want all the fuel, then place the lid back on until later. A note here though....before you go out running break of the tamper seals as this makes it easier to get into at the 20km + mark or when running at night. 100% will by more of these products. No mess and easy to ingest.
